All Letter & Laurel pieces are made specifically for you. Because your order is produced after it is placed, please allow additional time for production before shipment. Most orders ship within 2-3 business days. 

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.

Complimentary standard shipping is available on U.S. orders of $75 or more.

Items within the same order may be produced and shipped separately. If your order arrives in multiple shipments, you’ll receive tracking information as each package is on its way. While rare, this occasionally happens. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Because each Letter & Laurel piece is made specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at hello@letterandlaurelco.com with your order number and photos of the item, and we’ll be happy to make it right.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Orders may enter production shortly after they are placed, so changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed. Please contact us within 24 hours.
